Cheerleaders from around the state gathered at Willamette High School on Oct. 24 for the 2026 OCCA All State Finals.

All State is an OSAA-sanctioned competition that is held annually and is open to varsity cheer athletes of all classifications. Individual athletes are judged based on their athletic skills related to cheerleading, such as tumbling and jumps. They also are judged on performance technique and showmanship.

The initial round for qualification was open to all cheerleaders who met the minimum skill requirements. The top 60 percent of qualified athletes in each division were invited to compete at finals.

Talent scholarships were awarded to the top three individual athletes on the 3A/2A/1A, 4A, 5A, 6A, and Male/Mixed Gender All State Teams. The top 50 percent of each division were honored with placement on the All State Team.

Savanah Jackson from Douglas took home first place in 3A/2A/1A with a score of 228.1. This is Douglas' first top finish for an individual at All State. Santiam Christian rounded out the top three with second- and third-place finishers Halle Perlenfein and Temperance Montgomery.

Haven Flett from Gladstone finished first in 4A with a score of 228.9. Hannah Sieminski and Ember Ogden from Sweet Home followed in second and third places, respectively.

Beaverton ruled the Male/Mixed Gender division taking the top two spots. In first place was Jimmy Van Camp with a score of 198.9, followed by Samuel Lennon in second. Placing third was Scotty Slade from North Bend.

Central Oregon showed up strong in 5A with Redmond, Caldera, and Summit taking all three scholarships. First place was Londynn Williams of Redmond with a score of 242.6, also a first time top finisher in Redmond history. Placing second was Emerson DeBels from Caldera followed by Ellie Zurovsky of Summit.

The final division for individuals was 6A. Kate Muzii from West Linn took the top spot with a score of 235, followed by Melah Meeker from North Medford. Taking third place by one-tenth of a point was Daisyann Kim from West Linn.

All State also featured stunt group competitors in each division. Taking home top spots in each classification were Pleasant Hill (3A/2A/1A All Girl), Gladstone (4A/3A/2A/1A Coed), Newport (4A All Girl), West Albany (5A All Girl), and Newberg (6A All Girl). Tualatin rounded out the top spots for 6A/5A Coed and Partner Stunts with great performances.

Keep an eye out for some great performances during competition season this year. If All State is any indication of what these teams will put on the mat in February, it’s going to be a nail biter at State Championships.
